Skin aging is a natural process that cannot be prevented. This condition can lead to various aging-related health problems, including an increased incidence of skin aging. Skin changes due to aging can impact a person's social life, given that the skin is the organ most exposed to external influences and is also the most visible part of the body when interacting with others. To determine the flavonoid content of tarrra fruit peel extract (Artocarpus elasticus) and to determine the physical characteristics and stability of tarra fruit peel extract emulgel preparations (Artocarpus elasticus). This research method is an experimental laboratory method by evaluating the physical stability of the emulgel preparation of tarra fruit peel extract (Artocarpus elasticus) before and after the cycling test. The phytochemical screening results showed the content of alkaloids, flavonoids, and tannins. The total flavonoid content of the tarra fruit peel extract (Artocarpus elasticus) using UV-VIS spectrophotometry was 0.3680. The stability evaluation of the emulgel preparation showed good physical stability, both before and after the cycling test, seen from the organoleptic aspects, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, adhesiveness, and viscosity.
