EFEK GEL ANTIINFLAMASI EKSTRAK TEMU HITAM (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb)TERHADAP MENCIT (Mus musculus)

Abstrak

 A research on the effects gel of test antiinflammatory extract of  (Curcuma auregenosa Roxb ) to mice (Mus musculus) with the aim to determine the antiinflammatory effect gel of extract (Curcuma auregenosa Roxb ) to mice. Research done by granting topical extract gel of (Curcuma auregenosa Roxb ) in a concentration of 1%, 2%, and 3% in mice topical. A total of 25 mice were used, divided into five groups. Three groups for tratment with extract gel of (Curcuma auregenosa Roxb ) topical, one group as a negative control Na.CMC and one as a comparison group using voltaren gel (diclofenac sodium) topical. the measurements are done every 1 hour for 6 hours after induced albumin. The results after statistically analyzed control Na.CMC 1% is 23,13%. The concentrations of formula 1% an edema effect has the effect 18,94%, concentration of formula 2% is 29,1% and the concentration of formula 3% is 34,93%. And positive control with voltaren is 52,88%. And the edema is in formula 3% is 34,93%.
