IDENTIFIKASI KANDUNGAN METABOLIT SEKUNDER PADA DAUN SERAI WANGI (Cymbopogon nardus L. Rendle) DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS
Abstract
Citronella or Cymbopogon nardus L. Rendle is one of the plants that grows abundantly in Indonesia. In addition to being used as a culinary ingredient, citronella is also widely used as a family medicinal plant. This study aimed to identify the secondary metabolite content in citronella leaf extract. The results of the test showed that citronella contains secondary metabolites in the form of flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and saponins.
